Our people
Get to know some of our colleagues - a small selection of the many skilled people who make up Østnes Helicopters across our locations.
Torunn Holm Svensson
Office Manager
Age: 54
Since joining as an administrative secretary in 1997, I’ve been able to develop into new roles within office management and accounting. I’ve always felt seen, supported and given the flexibility I needed - especially during the years when family life was at its busiest.

Lars-Erik Bang
Support & Sales Manager
Age: 54
With more than 20 years at Østnes Helicopters, I’ve worked within after sales and support for customers across borders. I like to call myself the company’s self‑appointed clown, and I truly appreciate being part of this “family” for so many years. Talking with customers and finding the right solutions has always been a meaningful part of my day.

Roberto Moras
Helicopter Technician
Age: 37
My days start with a cup of Americano and a brief catch‑up with the team in the hangar before diving into scheduled maintenance - anything from an operator’s H125 to a brand‑new helicopter ready for customisation. No day is ever quite the same, and that’s something I truly enjoy. Working at Eggemoen has also given me the chance to meet colleagues from all over the world, creating an international and dynamic environment where there’s always room for both learning and laughter.

Hilde Sæstad Bakken
Brand- & Marketing Specialist
Age: 28
From starting part‑time during my master’s studies in 2021 to taking on new responsibilities, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within Østnes Helicopters - something I’m truly grateful for. Along the way, I’ve also had the chance to shape my role and choose a direction that aligns with my strengths and interests, which has made the journey even more meaningful.
