Warehouse & Logistics Manager
As an integral part of our Nordic expansion, we are relocating our Aftersales & Logistics activities to Eggemoen located just outside Hønefoss in Norway, and we are now looking to strengthen our Support & Logistics team.
The Support & Logistics team has a vital role in catering for our customers everyday needs. The team also acts as an important link between our sales and production as well as Airbus Helicopters and Safran Helicopter Engines.

As we need to strengthen our Support & Logistics team at Eggemoen, we are now looking for outstanding individuals who are triggered by happy customers both internal and external. As a member of Team Østnes, you will be part of an ambitious organization in growth.
Key responsibilities

Run our warehouse and distribution center

Inventory Management, being accountable for our inventory

Expedite helicopter spare parts and components, both inbound and outbound

Provide extra-ordinary customer service to both external and internal customers

Own and continuously improve our warehouse and logistics processes

Receiving, stock-keeping and goods issue

Picking, Packing and shipping

Ordering transport and shipments
Desired Qualifications
-
Relevant higher education is preferable, but is not an absolute requirement
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience from Warehousing and/or Logistics
-
Experience from working with ERP systems is a requirement
-
Experience from handling parts with full traceability on batch or serial numbers is a plus
-
Experience from handling technical drawings, documents and standards is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Excellent Norwegian and English written and oral skills are a requirement
